WHAT: UX design, research, product design, prototyping

WHY: The prompt of this project is to improve an existing storefront in NYC and use design thinking to solve problems. Our client is Mala Project, a Chinese restaurant in East Village. Through researching, framing insights and testing, we designed a series of merchandise that strengthens the restaurant’s brand and customer relations.
